Why Aviva

One accountable team, from assessment to installation.

Better comfort, lower energy use, one accountable team. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.

A whole-home perspective
Heating, cooling, hot water, and solar are planned together rather than sold one box at a time, so one upgrade does not undercut the next.
Recommendations built for Ontario conditions
Every heating recommendation states what carries the house at Eastern Ontario design temperatures. No plan leaves the coldest week unanswered.
Installation coordination
Permits, equipment, trades, and scheduling are handled by one team, so you are not the one chasing three contractors.
Financing and support after the work
Financing is available through Financeit for qualified applicants, and the same team handles questions and service after installation.

Process

From recommendation to installation, one team stays accountable.

  1. Assess the home

An advisor reviews the house itself: equipment age and condition, ductwork, insulation and windows, electrical capacity, and the comfort problems you actually notice. You get the findings, not just a price.

  2. Build the right options

We put forward the options that suit the home and your budget, with the reasoning and the tradeoffs stated. Where a cheaper path is the sensible one, we say so.

  3. Confirm financing and scope

Scope, equipment, and price are confirmed in writing before work is scheduled. If you are financing through Financeit, approval and terms come from the provider, not from us.

  4. Install and commission

Our installation team handles permits, removal, installation, and commissioning. Settings and verification readings are recorded, not assumed.

  5. Support after installation

One team stays accountable for the system afterwards: maintenance, questions, and warranty coordination through the same phone number.

Financing

Make the upgrade fit the plan.

Explore financing options for eligible home comfort and energy upgrades through Financeit. Approval, rates, terms, and product eligibility are determined by the financing provider.

We do not publish monthly payment examples, interest rates, or approval promises. Those figures come from Financeit and depend on your application, so we walk through them with you rather than advertising a number here.
